About Us

Our Foundation

The Hospital is named 'LION KK SAHARIA EYE HOSPITAL', as an honour & tribute to our Charter President & Past Dist. Governor, Dist 322D Lion MJF KK Saharia, and was inaugurated on 13th March 2011 by Lion A. P. Singh, PID, & Lion Sangeeta Jatia, PDG.

Founded on 25th June 2012, running smoothly under "Dibrugarh Lions Brahmaputra Foundation" at 'Lions Care Centre' building which was funded by LCIF of 75000 US $ in the year 2000.

Lions Drishti Eye Bank

Running an Eye Bank under the name 'LIONS DRISHTI EYE BANK' since 2008 in association with Drishti Netralaya, Dibrugarh. Collected 98 pairs of Eyes and performed 23 Keratoplasty (cornea transplants) till May 2012.
